"From Rejection to Foundation" –
A Heartfelt Message from Luke 20:17
"Jesus looked directly at them and asked, ‘Then what is the meaning of that which is written: "The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone"?’ – Luke 20:17.
We’ve all known the ache of rejection. The sting of being misunderstood. The quiet tears we cry when no one sees the value inside us.
But Jesus—our Savior—knows exactly what that feels like. He was the Stone the builders rejected, and yet, God made Him the Cornerstone of all hope, all life, and all eternity.
When the world sees failure, God sees foundation. When others say "you're not enough," God whispers, "You're exactly who I’ve chosen."
💔 Rejected? God is Near:
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those
who are crushed in spirit.”
— Psalm 34:18
Overlooked? God Has a Plan:
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.”
— Jeremiah 29:11
Feeling Unworthy? You're Chosen:
“You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—
fruit that will last.”
— John 15:16
From Broken to Beautiful:
“He gives beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness.”
— Isaiah 61:3
When others reject you, remember: they are not the builders of your destiny—God is.
And if He chose the rejected stone to become the Cornerstone, He can turn your rejection into resurrection.
